I enter my post code and can not enter the shop.
Check you have entered the post code correctly with a space in between Example: XX3 3UU
If you still can not start shopping and the Go Shopping page returns with "Please enter a valid post code" your internet browser may be set to the highest level of privacy as shown below. If your browser (Internet Explorer) is set to "block all cookies" this shop, as many other online shops, will not be accessible.
To change this setting using Internet Explorer select Tools - Internet Options. This opens the form shown below. Click the Privacy tab and move the settings slider to the next level (High). In our tests this will then allow your computer to access the shop.
Note: This procedure may be change if you are using other browsers or Apple Mac computers.
Will I be charged for delivery?
If your post code is within our local area delivery you are not charged for delivery.
You can check this by entering your post code to gain access to the shop then selecting a product. Click the view cart link in the shopping cart summary below the product navigator. If you are in the free delivery zone you will see P & P 0.00 above the total.
